Fill out this form to apply for membership to the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. You will need to fill out some general information about yourself, prove your lineage to an ancestor who assisted in the establishment of American Independence, and describe that ancestor’s services. To save your progress, click ‘Save’. Upon completion of the application, click ‘Submit’. Your application will be reviewed by D.A.R., and you will be contacted by phone and/or email.

- Prospective Organizing Member and C.A.R. member in good standing: $37
- Member-at-Large (not joining through a chapter): $127
- Member-at-Large (not joining through a chapter) and C.A.R. member in good standing: $52
Supplemental Application:
- Personal or Chapter Check: $75 and is non-refundable
